1. 3 cups all purpose flour ( u can mix half wheat flour and half all purpose flour)
2. ¼ cup milk
3. Half cup yoghurt
4. 2 tbsp butter
5. 1 tsp baking powder
6. Half tsp baking soda
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 2 tsp sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 220c.
- Mix all the ingredients; add 1/3 to half cup of water to knead until smooth dough.
- Roll out into naan shape. Pat offs any excess flour. Place on baking tray lined with foil. Cook for 5 minutes until brown spots appear on upper surface then turn them to cook from other side.
- Remove from oven, brush with melted butter and SERVE HOT!!!
- You will get small size 6 naan from this recipe
