Ingredients:
- 750ml carton ready made custard
- 150 (50z) white chocolate, chopped
- 1 large jam-filled Swiss roll, sliced
- 5tbsp orange juice
- 500g (18oz) ) raspberries
- 200ml (7fl oz) double or whipping cream
- White chocolate curls (or grated white chocolate),
- Mint leaves and icing sugar, to decorate
Method:
1. heat the custard in a pan, being careful not to let it boil. Stir in the white chocolate pieces until melted. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
2. place a layer of Swiss roll slices around the side and bottom of a large glass bowl, sprinkle on the Orange juice, add a layer of custard and scatter with raspberries.
3. Repeat process, using remaining Swiss roll, custard and raspberries, reserving a few raspberries to decorate.
4. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Spoon over trifle, scatter with remaining raspberries, the white choc curls or grated white chocolate and mint leaves, then dust with icing sugar. Chill until ready to serve...
