Veg and Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients:
  1. 5 boiled potatoes medium size
  2. 1 cup mixed veg
  3. 4 green chilies
  4. Half cup green coriander
  5. 2 small size onion (finely chopped)
  6. Salt (according to your taste)
  7. Dried coriander 1 tbsp
  8. Half tsp haldi (turmeric)
  9. Half tsp cumin seeds
  10. Half tsp black seed ( kalonji)
  11. Whole red chill 1 tsp
  12. Oil 3 tbs
  13. 2 eggs
  14. 8 slices of bread
  15. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  16. 1/4 tsp red chili powder

Method:
Put oil in a pan add onions, black seeds and dried coriander let them fry for a few minutes until the onions become golden then add a little water so they don't stick to the pan. Now add all the spices and let them cook for few minutes and then add the potatoes (cut potatoes into small cubes before adding them) mix it well and let it cook for about 2 minutes finally add the cheese and mix everything together now remove the pan from the stove and let it cool down.
While the mixture is cooling remove the crust from the bread and make the crumbs out of the bread you can either make it in a chopper or in the blender, keep the crumbs to a side... now cut one slice of bread in to a 4 pieces.. next, take one piece of bread and dip it in the water and take it out and squeeze all the water out of the bread then put the mixture in the middle of the bread and shape in to a round shape then press it down, dip it in egg then cover it in bread crumbs and fry them. When they become a golden brown colour take them out and serve.
