Disable content selection except on blockquote using CSS

I have already written this tutorial on my previous blog which is now no longer active so I’ve decided to write it all over again on this new blog because this one is very useful for those bloggers who writes each and every word all by themselves and some copy bloggers steals it within seconds. I think you have already got the clue what this post is all about. Still let me clear it to you that in this post, I will show you how you can disable content selection of your whole blog except for the <blockquote> tag. I’ve excluded blockquote because there are some blogs which shares tutorials on coding ‘like mine’ where the visitors might need to copy the codes so that they can use it or else, they will have to write it down all by themselves. One more thing you should know is that for disabling, we are going to use pure CSS3 which is a better option than JavaScript because CSS is much easier than JavaScript.

Below is the CSS to disable content selection except blockquote-

• Template- Customize- Advanced- Add CSS.

Then save it and you are done.

How to Preserve Green Peas

The season for Peas begins in November and is found in abundance till the end of March. You can easily preserve fresh Peas in the refrigerator for a longer period of time.

• You need fresh, tender and god quality Peas for preservation.Start with peeling the Green Peas and while doing it take out all the bad Peas. Wash them twice and strain any excess water.

• Now boil the Peas for 2 minutes in a deep pan filled with enough water to dip all the Peas. Cover the pan with a lid. Sieve the peas to strain any excess water.

• Sieve the peas to strain any excess water.

• Take cold water in an another bowl and put the strained Peas into it. 

• Again strain all the water from the Peas once they get cool down.

•  Fill the Peas in a polythene bag and close it with a rubber band or any tape.  Store the bag in the freezer.

• This way you can preserve fresh Peas for a longer period and use it whenever you want. The quantity of the Peas preserved in one bag should be for one time use.

How do I allow ratings and reviews on my Page?

To Let People add Star ratings and reviews to your Page, You will Need to Choose Local Business for Your Page's Category and add your Business address to the Facebook Page. You Can Choose Your Page's Category when You Create a Page, or if You have Already Created a Page, You can Change Your Page's Category.

To Change your Page's Category to Local Business:

1. Click Setting at the top of your Page.

2. Click Page Info in the Left Column.

3. Click Category

4. Select Local Businesses from the first dropdown menu, then select a more spcific category (ex: Restaurant/Cafe) from the second dropdown menu

1. Click Setting at the top of your Page.

Steps To Block App Or Game Requests On Facebook

There are two different ways to block particular game request on Facebook. I will explain both of them to you. Follow any of the method which like or find easy to do. 

Method 1st:-

• First of click on the top right side settings icon in your profile.

• Then click on the settings option.

After that click on the option of blocking available on the left side panel of settings page.

In Blocking Page there are many options available which are required to block different functionality.

Two blocking option which required are

#1 Block App invite

If is useful if you want to block any particular friend. Once you block that person then you will not receive further invitation of request and apps from that person. So if you want to block multiple person who send invitation then you need to add his or her name in the block user box.

#2 Block Apps

In case multiple friends are sending you same game or app request then there is an option for block app. Simply type the name of that app in the block app box and you have done.

Method 2nd:- 

If case you don't want to follow explained method or you want to try another way which may be find easy as compare to above. 

• First of open Games App center.
• Then click on the activity option available on the top menu.

Now you will be able to see all the pending invites from your friends.

Simply click on the Cross "X" or Ignore All button appear on the app request.

Click to block app or game request and confirm it.

AppData is a hidden folder. So, you will need to select showing hidden folders in Folder options to locate it.

     7.  Paste the file.

Now when the next time you start your computer, Windows will welcome you in its own computerized voice.

Note: For best results, it is recommended to change sound scheme to No Sounds.
You can change the sound scheme to No Sounds by following the steps given below:-

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Then click on Switch to Classic View.
3. Then Click on Sounds and Audio Devices.
4. Then Click on the Sounds Tab.
5. Select No Sounds from the Sound Scheme option.
6. If you wish to save your Previous Sound Scheme, you can save it by clicking Yes in the popup menu.
7. Click on OK.

Try it yourself to see how it works. In my personal opinion, this is an excellent trick. Whenever I start my PC in front of anybody and the PC welcomes me, the fellow is left wondering how brilliant a computer do I have.

INGREDIENTS

1.  Chicken Boneless 300g
2. Capsicum (cut in large cubes)  1 large
3. Tomato (cut in large cubes)   3 pcs
4. Onion (cut in large cubes)   1 large

6. Yogurt (whipped)   ½ cup
7. Tomato paste    ½ cup

11. And Bake Parlor Macaroni, Bake Parlor Masala Mix Sachet (inside the pack)

INGREDIENTS FOR PARATHA

1. White Flour  ½ kg
2. Ghee   2 tbsp
3. Salt 1 tsp
4. Sugar  1 tbsp
5. Luke warm water to knead

 METHOD

1. Cook chicken breast with ½ cup water and jalfrezi spice mix. 
2. Remove cool and chop coarsely. 
3. Chop together onion, coriander, mint and green chilies, mix in the chicken, make 6 to 8 balls from the dough, ¼ plate size, spread with ghee, sprinkle flour, roll like Swiss roll, make into paeda again, roll to dinner plate size, fill filling in 1 roti, spread with 2^nd roti on top, seal well, fry on tawa, adding ghee till crisp and golden, serve with raita.

Coconut Chili Roti

Ingredients 

1. All Purpose Flour 2 cups
2. Grated Coconut 1 cup
3. Finely Chopped Onion half 
4. Finely Chopped Green Chilles 4-5 
5. Curry Leaves 1-2
6. Butter ½ cup 
7. Salt to taste 

Method 

1. Take 2 cups of all purpose flour add 1 cup of grated coconut.
2. Half finely chopped onion .
3. 4-5 finely chopped green chilies 
4.  1-2 curry leaves ,
5. ½ cup of butter and as required mix it well and as required water and make dough and roll the dough with the help of rolling pin and cook on the both of the sides and take it out in a serving platter. 
6. At last garnish with sauce and serve it hot.

Gol Gappa Puri

Ingredients: 

1. Flour 2 cups (240 gm) 
2. Oil 2 tbsp 
3. Salt 1/4 tsp 
4. Water to knead the dough 
5. Oil for deep frying 

Method: 

1. Mix flour, oil, and salt into a fairly stiff dough with water. 
2. Roll dough very thin, (almost translucent), and cut into 1-1/4" rounds with a cutter. 
3. Heat oil and over high heat add as many rounds as can come in comfortably. 
4. Lower the heat to low. 
5. Fry till golden on both the sides. 
6. Some will puff up, which you can use for gol gappas/paani puri, and the rest for paapri chaat or sev puri. 
7. Lift out of oil, drain on absorbent paper.
